Objectives, Vision & Mission

Founding Aims

a. To arrange Formal, Informal, Technical & Vocational (stipend) Education and Training for Orphan, Poor, Helpless, Underprivileged and Homeless children with free accommodation. To be able to play a leading role in the welfare of humanity by awakening their patriotism, creating morality & humanity. Creating employment opportunities to students or trainees in home & abroad by conducting education activities through English or provide English language education.
b. To create employment opportunities for the unemployed youth by training them in different professions.
c. To create trainers and examiners through appropriate training to create skilled manpower in different professions.
d. To take a responsibility to spread advanced and higher education. To provide scholarship and educational assistance to meritorious yet unfortunate students for higher education.
e. To take initiatives for the development of socially neglected women, men & children and to initiate efforts for their social rehabilitation.
f. To raise funds for the welfare of aged women, men and people with disabilities who are currently dependent on others and living inhuman lives.
g. The implementation of Adult/Child education and Informal and Pre-primary education and Mass/Continuing education activities.
h. In areas where Development has not yet touched, it will be our duty to develop all the socially neglected, deprived people by making them self-reliant.
i. To distribute emergency relief supplies and implementation of long-term rehabilitation programs in affected areas by climate change and floods and other natural disasters.
j. Establishment of poultry farms for the employment of helpless poor women, extensive training on cultivation of vegetable and fish farming to encourage them to run these in a family manner.
k. To Implement afforestation programs in fallow lands and coastal/affected areas to maintain the balance of climate change and the environment and to implement afforestation programs in open space and on both-sides of the roads.
l. Rehabilitation of the physically, mentally, hearing and visually impaired who are an integral part of the society but socially neglected and deprived; to encourage them, provide income generating training, job creation, provision of primary health care, establishment of social status and asserting birth rights and raising their welfare fund and sustainable infrastructure.
m. To carry out socio-economic activities by accepting loans or donations from any donor organization, individual, bank executing the contract subject to the approval of the Board of trustees for income generating activities and development work.
n. To provide nutritional awareness to the poor and vulnerable and to provide family planning advice and services for maternal and child health.
o. Involve the poor in skill building and income activities through training such as: cattle and goat fattening, dairy production, agricultural work, nursery projects, fish farming, small business etc.
p. Re-excavation of fallow & uncultivated ponds and increase fish production in flood prone areas through technology expansion and training;
q. Implement programs for educated and uneducated unemployed youth to become self-reliant through training in sewing, weaving and various small and cottage industries and bamboo-cane, jute work, information technology.
r. Undertake health awareness programs on anti-tobacco activities, drug abuse, AIDS/HIV, STD, Hepatitis, tuberculosis, malaria etc disease prevention.
s. Creating environmental awareness among the masses to prevent environmental pollution, motivate them to protect the environment and to undertake developmental programs to prevent the destruction of the environment, deforestation, extinction of various flora and fauna, extinction of fresh air etc.

Mission

Providing quality education to the vulnerable, orphaned or abandoned children in a safe & caring environment, creating employment opportunities for young people through practical demonstration, Technical and Vocational Education and Training, promoting environmental awareness, building public support against corruption.
